Scrambled Eggs

Great scrambled eggs are perfect for breakfast. They are delicious, easy to prepare, and healthy.

Ingredients and Method as follow:

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of spring onion or chives
  • 1/2 tsp of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

 

Method:

  • Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk well.
  • Add the olive oil to a preheated pan. Add in the eggs, the butter, and the onions or chives.
  • Turn the stove to medium heat and continuously stir eggs. Keep the eggs on the heat for 20 to 30 seconds while stirring and left off the heat for 20 to 30 seconds continuing to stir. Continue this process for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Turn the heat off and season with parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve the scrambled eggs with toast and your favorite side dishes.
