Fruit Cake with Chocolate topping

A traditional fruit cake with a yummy lovely chocolate topping. It’s an easy,  fruit Cake recipe with soft feeling.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 300g Wheat flour
  • 250g Sugar
  • 7g Baking Powder
  • 300g Chopped Mixed Fruits
    (cashew, sultana, pumpkin preserve, chaw chaw & cherry)

Topping

  • 200g milkmade
  • 400g Dark Chocolate
  • 100 ml Fresh Cream

METHOD:

  • Beat butter & sugar until it becomes a cream
  • Sieve flour & baking powder thrice
  • Add eggs (one by one ) to butter & sugar mix
  • Mix chopped fruits & 50g wheat flour & keep a side
  • Finally add flour to the egg mix well
  • Add chopped fruit mixture gradually
  • Then bake at 185 C° for 45 minutes

Milkmaid Chocolate cream

  1. Mix milkmaid 200ml with fresh cream
  2. Heat it up to 75C° temperature
  3. Remove from the fire & add melted chocolate.
