Thith Batu (wild egg plants) Mallum

Deviled Cuttle fish with Button Mushrooms

Wash Thithbatu and remove stalks. Then add water to pan and boil that wild egg plants (thithbatu).

Ingredients

  • 250g Thithbatu (wild egg plants)
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • Salt
  • Green chillies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Curry leaf
  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Wash Thithbatu and remove stalks. Then add water to pan and boil that wild egg plants (thithbatu).
  • Then chop them using a spoon and keep it aside.
  • Grind all ingredients except chopped wild egg plants and oil.
  • Heat oil pan. Add chopped egg plant to it and mix well. Then add grinded mixture to it. Add salt to taste.
  • You can add fried anchovy too. It will increase taste.
