Fried Moringa (drumstick) Leave INGREDIENTS:
- Moringa leaves
 - onion
 - Salt according to taste
 - Pepper according to taste
 - Garlic
 - A pinch of curry powder
 - A little mackerel
 - Grated coconut
 - Chilli flakes as needed
 - A pinch of coriander powder
 - A pinch of green chillies
 - Sugar as needed
 - Juice of a lime
 
METHOD:
- Fry Moringa (drumstick) leaves in heavy oil. Keep it aside.
 - Then fry onion, garlic slices and curry leaves in the same oil.
 - Add grated coconut to it and fry.
 - Add fried onions, garlic slices, curry leaves, green chillies cut into coconuts, salt according to taste and add pepper and chilli flakes.
 - Then add coriander powder, mackerel powder, sugar according to the taste and add fried moringa leaves to it and mix it with a spoon so as not to crush it.
 - Finally remove from heat and add lime juice and serve.
