Overnight soaked Rice soup , This is traditional sri lankan soup which is commonly using in local villagers.This is healthy and ayurvedic soup.
Ingredients
- Boiled red rice
- 2 red onion sliced
- some curry leaves
- 100 ml thick coconut milk
- some lime juice
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Take a pan,add overnight soaked rice into a pan,
- Add onion,curry leaves and bring it to boil with some water,after few minutes add thick coconut milk.
- reduce the fire.add all stir time to time,finish with salt and pepper.
- finally add some lime,served to the breakfast table.
