Ingredients

- 100 ml oil for frying
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Method
- Cut fish into cubes.
- Season with salt and pepper and marinate about 10 minutes.
- In deep hot oil, fry fish cubes until golden brown.
- Drain extra oil on paper
