Wash Thithbatu and remove stalks. Then add water to pan and boil that wild egg plants (thithbatu).
Ingredients
- 250g Thithbatu (wild egg plants)
 - ½ cup desiccated coconut
 - Salt
 - Green chillies
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - Curry leaf
 - ½ tbsp turmeric powder
 - 1 tbsp pepper powder
 
Directions
- Wash Thithbatu and remove stalks. Then add water to pan and boil that wild egg plants (thithbatu).
 - Then chop them using a spoon and keep it aside.
 - Grind all ingredients except chopped wild egg plants and oil.
 - Heat oil pan. Add chopped egg plant to it and mix well. Then add grinded mixture to it. Add salt to taste.
 - You can add fried anchovy too. It will increase taste.
