Indulge in a three-course modern Indian fusion experience personally cooked for you by Rishi Desai, semi-finalist of MasterChef Australia, Season 5. Although not the first Indian on Masterchef Australia, he is definitely the most talked about. He is the host of the TV show Stay Home Chef on TLC India and the author of his book Modern Indian.
An international Food and Beverage Festival proudly presented by Reefs Edge Resort. The Event will feature stalls from the 10 countries mentioned below with a fusion of native food and beverage relevent to each country.

Colombo Gourmet Week is the first week long festival in Sri Lanka celebrating food, wine and produce. The event is organised by Wine World, the premium online concierge service, in association with Galle Face Hotel. The event will commence on the 22nd of August and conclude on the 28th of August.
The festival will be broken down into stages that will consist of tasting counters, curated dinners hosted by international chefs, trainings by international wine experts and wine buffet. The week will conclude with a scrumptious fusion Sunday Brunch.
