Fried Hadalla (Hadallo Badala)

Everyone loves a little fish bite fried hadalla recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g Hadallo (The head and small bosom have been removed and add lime sour and a bit of turmeric and keep for around 10 minutes. Wash again.)
  • 2 teaspoons of Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons of pepper powder
  • lime sour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt powder
  • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Very finely chopped curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • Coconut oil
  • Oil for deep frying

 

METHOD:

  • Wash hadalla and keep aside till it dries. Put into a new bowl.
  • Now, add chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger, garlic, chopped curry leaves and salt. Mix well with fish.
  • Now add one tablespoon of water. Mix lime sour for the same.
  • Wait a minimum of 30 minutes till fish has been seasoning
  • After around 30 minutes, place a pan on the stove. Put some oil in the pan.
  • When oil is hot add little by little dried seasoned fish and wait till it fry. When the fish turns golden, add a few curry leaves.
  • After that, take the fish out and leave until oil escapes.
  • Now take a new cleaned dish and add fried fish and curry leaves. Add a few onion circles on top of the fried fish and serve.
