Deviled Fish

This is a quick and easy, yet tasty, way to prepare any non-oily white fish fillet. Deviled dishes are very famous in Asian countries with influence of China.easy to make too.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Fish
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 2 no capsium
  • 2 no tomato
  • 1 stem of leeks
  • 50 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml oil for frying
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

 

Method

  • Cut fish into cubes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and marinate about 10 minutes.
  • In deep hot oil, fry fish cubes until golden brown.
  • Drain extra oil on paper
  • Cut onion, capsicum and tomatoes into dices.
