Fried Moringa Leave (Murunga kola baduma)

Fried Moringa (drumstick) Leave INGREDIENTS:

  • Moringa leaves
  • onion
  • Salt according to taste
  • Pepper according to taste
  • Garlic
  • A pinch of curry powder
  • A little mackerel
  • Grated coconut
  • Chilli flakes as needed
  • A pinch of coriander powder
  • A pinch of green chillies
  • Sugar as needed
  • Juice of a lime

 

METHOD:

  • Fry Moringa (drumstick) leaves in heavy oil. Keep it aside.
  • Then fry onion, garlic slices and curry leaves in the same oil.
  • Add grated coconut to it and fry.
  • Add fried onions, garlic slices, curry leaves, green chillies cut into coconuts, salt according to taste and add pepper and chilli flakes.
  • Then add coriander powder, mackerel powder, sugar according to the taste and add fried moringa leaves to it and mix it with a spoon so as not to crush it.
  • Finally remove from heat and add lime juice and serve.
