Sea Crab Red Curry

How to cook Sea Crab Red Curry.

INGREDIENTS:

    • 2.5 KG of sea crabs, well cleaned and cut in to two peaces
    • 2 blended B onions
    • 3 blended tomatoes (red)
    • 2 tablespoons of grilled ginger and garlic
    • 2 hist Curry leaves
    • 1 tablespoon cut Sera
    • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
    • 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
    • Juice of lime
    • 1 tablespoon Roasted Chilli Powder
    • 1 tablespoon unroasted curry powder
    • 2 tablespoons of fried chili powder
    • 2 inches of cinnamon bark
    • 3 cups of coconut milk
    • Salt
    • 2 tablespoon Tamarine Paste
    • 1 cup of Drumstick leaves to sprinkle over

 

METHOD:

  • Clean the crab and season with lime juice, turmeric and salt.
  • Get a big bowl or take a bowl saucepan
  • Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to it and simmer for an hour and fry it for 6 minutes. Put the fried crabs in a separate saucepan and cover it.
  • Put 3 tablespoons of oil into the fried crab saucepan
  • When the oil is heated, add the cinnamon bark, curry leaves, ramen, cardamom
  • Then add the blended salt to it. Fry for 2 minutes. Then add the ginger, garlic and tomato paste
  • Fry for another 2 minutes
  • Put all the curry powder and salt in this mixture and close the lid and set it on fire for an hour. Then add coconut milk. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Then open the lid and place the fried crabs in front of it. Add all the Tamarine juice and a teaspoon of sugar to it. Now cook in the fire.
  • Then put in a wide dish and sprinkle Drumstick leaves on top of it.
